Cant get my name changed!

Damn! i just talked to shadoww(S-GM) and he said he wasnt gonna change anybody's name 1 month before the final update! DAMN!

Anyway i talked to peru and he said he will only get access to staff panel after he comes back from his visit to his relatives which take 1.5 weeks -_-
