but we need to improve our standards... we want pros not good players. people like rafael sucks unimaniac milady and ible and shini need to play more, but the problem with asians is lag no one wants to play them in matches

If anything, you can just try to increase your ping to match theirs. Just open up a few downloads or youtube videos and it should do the trick. At least that's how it works for me.

Update

The main clan will be named "Elite"
We will not create a separate clan for ACE (A Champion Elite). We will just use it as a tag in the username. (xACEx____)
We may or may not create a seperate clan for the Academy
