for the normal elites we should split them up again, into bands, band one being the best, you must be band one to challenge ace, but the bands are based on skill level only, not activeness or anything, this will encourage people to train and play more, but bands 2 and 3 must ask before finding a clan war, for band one and ace we can trust they will not play anyone out of there depth which would result in loosing

even if this strategy is good for score i don't agree..no need to split ace clan and main clan..they should be free to do clan wars with anyone..then if we see a bad score we can go like wtf!? so next time they won't do it again with people above their skills level..i agree with the band for challenging ace

no the bands are only for elite normal group, until we have kicked some members we cant let anyone play clan wars
