kicking noobs

I voted wawa & pavlos, other people should get another chance before getting kicked. (Absolute NO for Soulhunter)

So now you guys want to kick pavlos. 
Just bringing up a few points here:

-Pavlos was a trainee
-Skills tested Pavlos in a 1v1 20-12 "I think he is good enough to be an normal elite player"
-Hotshot let Pavlos join the clan because he thought he was good enough 
-A little less than a month ago, I recall Ben urging me to promote Pavlos because he thought he was getting better.
-Probably out of humiliation and embarrassment, Pavlos left the clan about a month ago after he got 8-28 against latin kings in a clan war. 

So whose fault is it that something like this happened? All of us. And now some of you just want to kick him aside like he didn't matter. He was a good person that admired our clan. So you do bad in one clan war. So what? I wanted to talk to him after he left, but I never saw him again. What a shame.

If you guys want to kick all the "noobs" in this clan, that list should be extended. We have more members whose skill level also falls in the range of everyone else on that list.

kick me  i dont want to see my best friends in this clan fighting...

Debating is part of life Midge. Ok, I'm going to change what it means to vote yes. The people on that list won't be kicked. However, I will talk with them and move them to the academy if enough people think they should be re-evaluated.
