Weapons Guide
This is by far one of the most detailed and thorough guides on Rush Team. I created this guide in the hope that it will aid Rush Team players in selectively choosing weapons that best match their play style. I highly suggest our viewers to bookmark this page in case they lose the link. Take note that this guide is not always 100% accurate so use it at your own discretion. In order to keep up to date with Rush Team, I appreciate any form of feedback regarding my this guide. If there appears to be an error, please point it out to me so I can inquire into the issue and make any necessary changes. I will update this guide when there are major updates in Rush Team. Feel free to also leave suggestions or ideas about guides that you would like to see. Please do not copy the contents of my guide and take credit for something that you did not spend months working on.
Contents
1. Rifles
2. Snipers
3. Pistols
4. Grenades
5. Melee
6. Movement Speed
General Notes:
-Damage is measured with the hp bar.
-All tests were conducted with 60 frames per second.
-Fire rate and reload rates are approximations rounded to the nearest ten and tenth, respectively. Although they are measured to the best of my ability, they do no represent true in-game value.
-Fire rate is measured in rate per minute (RPM). This was tested by timing how long it takes to unload a clip, dividing the result by the ammo in one clip, then multiplying it by 60.
-Depending on the weapon, silencers can either be beneficial or detrimental. 3% damage decrease doesn't sound like much, but it can increase the amount of hits it takes to kill.
-All weapons except for the P90, MCS870, MP5N, MP7, and FAMAS can 1 hit kill on headshots.
-I tested recoil by using a building in Stalemate as a scale. I began by spraying 30 ammo in a straight line from the bottom of the first window. View the link https://2img.net/h/i1381.photobucket.com/albums/ah238/rushteamelite/recoil_zps4803f8c3.png for reference.

Re: Weapons Guide
Zoom Comparison
-The zooms of the AS50, LSR, M21, and M40A3A1 are shown respectively at 20 meters
No-scope Test
A health box was used to measure distance. Trials were carried out by no-scoping 100 times at targets 10, 15, and 20 meters away. Accuracy is determined through hit percentage. The results show that no-scope accuracy is greatest for the M21. Although the M40 Desert is "supposedly" more accurate than the regular M40, the data indicates that there is no significant different between the two variations.

Which sniper is better? First, let's compare the specs of each.
My Opinion:
Although the LSR potentially has the capability to eliminate more enemies than the M40, it is harder to control. The drawback for me on the LSR is it's over-excessive zoom and mobility reduction. As a quick-scoper, I need a sniper which is easy to maneuver with. The M40 meets that condition.

Re: Weapons Guide
Blast radius is represented by the tiles in a portion of the wall in Snowoot. See the image below for reference. The numbers in the image do not represent the damage, but is rather used as a scale to measure the blast radius. Grenades appear from the left side as soon as they deal 1 hp damage.

Re: Weapons Guide
__Movement Speed__
Notes:
-Movement speed is tested through dozens of walking and running trials in the Assault map.
-The green line of the map below represents the area of testing. I was basically running/walking back and forth in a straight line, recording the time it takes to get from one end to the next.
-Results from the data are approximations, thus do not represent true in-game values.
-Time is measured in seconds.
____________________________________________
Data
____________________________________________
Interpretation
Notes:
-Movement speed is ranked from slowest to fastest.
-Percentage rate for running and walking is movement speed compared to the LSR. It is calculated by dividing the average time of the LSR to the average of the other weapons. Again, these are all approximations and do not represent true in-game values.
Walking:
LSR
AKM ≈ 126%
MCS870 ≈ 128%
G36c ≈ 129%
FN FAL ≈ 132%
K2 ≈ 133%
M16 ≈ 133%
M40A3A1 ≈ 133%
M4CQBR ≈ 134%
MP5N ≈ 140%
P90 ≈ 140%
1911 ≈ 150%
Desert Eagle ≈ 150%
T5≈ 153%
Blue Grenade ≈ 165%
Fire Axe ≈ 165%
Grenade ≈ 165%
Knife ≈ 165%
Pipe Wrench ≈ 165%
Katana ≈ 166%
Red Grenade ≈ 166%
Running:
LSR
AKM: ≈ 114%
G36c ≈ 117%
MCS870 ≈ 117%
M4CQBR ≈ 118%
M40A3A1 ≈ 119%
FN FAL ≈ 120%
K2 ≈ 120%
M16 ≈ 120%
P90 ≈ 120%
MP5N ≈ 123%
1911 ≈ 129%
Desert Eagle ≈ 129%
T5≈ 130%
Grenade ≈ 136%
Katana ≈ 136%
Blue Grenade ≈ 137%
Fire Axe ≈ 137%
Knife ≈ 137%
Pipe Wrench ≈ 137%
Red Grenade ≈ 137%
Running vs Walking:
LSR ≈ 166%
Rifles ≈ 143-151%
M40A3A1 ≈ 150%
Pistols ≈ 143%
Melee ≈ 137%
Grenades ≈ 137%
____________________________________________
Conclustion
Based on my data, melee and grenades offer the greatest movement speed out of the 5 categories of weapons. Pistols come in second with pretty much the same movement speed for each. Snipers and rifles, on the other hand, vary depending on the weapon. LSR has the highest running/walking percentage. That explains why the overall percentages for running are lower compared to the walking percentages.

Re: Weapons Guide
I prefer the AKM, but it really depends on your play style. The MP5N is similar to the P90. They both have fairly above average recoil and a really high firing rate. The downside to the MP5N is its lower magazine. You can't really multikill with it as effectively compared to the AKM and G36C. If you ever played with the AKM and then switched to the MP5N, you'll notice a significant difference. The magazine on the MP5N disappears so fast. I like the AKM because of it's damage and low firing rate. The higher reload speed and reduction in mobility are the only downsides for me. With the AKM, I can focus better on conserving ammunition while dealing the most damage possible. If you know how to use it right, it's also really good for headshots. Take Roka for example. He only uses the AKM and currently has a headshot rate of 37%. As for the G36C, it's recoil has been nerfed since the last update. I would still prefer it over the MP5N, but that's just me. I like to click to fire instead of just holding down the mouse when using a rifle.xChAosxBoog wrote:btw....i have a question. Which one is the best in your opinion?
A)MP5N
B)AKM
C)G36C
and do you know why there are two akms when one is available at lvl 1 and the other at lvl 9?
About the two AKMs, I don't really see any major differences. However, according to the accuracy bars in the game, the black AKM is slightly higher. It's very miniscule though so it will have to be tested to see if it would actually make a difference.

Re: Weapons Guide
Thanks! I like the AKM cuz of its high damage and ammo conservation. Its the sort of thing where I can just simply start firing and mowing down targets. But I also liked the Mp5N cuz of its movement speed. I think I'll start using the AKM for a try. Thanks for your opinion!

Re: Weapons Guide
I found an error in the guide. Under the FN FAL its damage without a silencer is 2.5 but with a silencer it still says its 2.5....

Re: Weapons Guide
Thanks, it should have been 2.67 hp/hit without silencer.

Re: Weapons Guide
I'm not sure if these websites support bmp files, but you can try uploading them through http://imageshack.us/ or http://postimage.org/. Another alternative would be using a screenshot tool which uploads the image instantly. http://app.prntscr.com/

Thanks Raymando.
Nice job on the site. One of the better ones I've seen using WIX.

Re: Weapons Guide
For the p90, with or without the silencer, both register the same amount of hp damage.
