Some Minor Rank Changes Empty Some Minor Rank Changes

I changed the ranks around a bit.

-Generals and Colonels have merged
-Captains have been renamed Officers
-Sergeants and Privates are now just Clan Members
-New rank images for General, Officers, Clan Members, and Allies have been added
