BCD poll

Regarding the decision polls, we need to set up a system for it. This is what I have in mind.
Maximum of 5 days for each poll
-In cases where the polls end before all members could cast their votes, the majority vote will win.
-In cases of an early majority vote (more than 50% of the total board on one side), the poll will end immediately in the favor of the majority.
-If there happens to be a tie, we can try to compromise.
-A max of 5 polls may be active at once.
-You can request a change in your vote.
