Inactives

As you all already probably noticed, we have some inactives in our clan. What do you think we should do about them. Should we kick them or would you guys prefer that we demote them to a recruit and retest if they ever come back? If you have another idea, please share.

I am still not sure about whether or not you want to demote or kick. Don't let peer pressure influence your initial beliefs. Just because everyone else has the same opinion, it doesn't mean you should dump yours and agree with them.

Btw, if you see the others on TS3 and they haven't voted yet, please tell them to. I set all polls to expire in 5 days.

I can incorporate them into the rankings.
Example:
For every 2 weeks that you have been inactive: you will be demoted one rank until you are a recruit. After that, you will be kicked. So if you were a general, it will take 10 weeks of inactivity before they can be kicked. Inactivity will be measured by our forum since it is the easiest way to keep track who has been online.

What would be considered inactive? not playing the game, not being on ts3, or not being on the forum, or all of them?

Yes! That was what I tried to say.

It's impossible to check all of our members who have been playing Rush Team unless Roka creates a system that tells you when someone was last on. So the only real practical solution we have is for them to login into their forum accounts since it registers when they have been on.
