My Stance on Future Recruits

Regarding new members/recruits/applicants, here is my stance on a couple of points. 

Humbleness:
-If someone wants to join and just shows off a good score of a game they had, I will honestly not care for it. It doesn't mean anything to me. I want to see their actual gameplay and not something they could have easily gotten against people below their skill level or through camping. This is one reason that I myself have stopped taking screenshots of all my good scores. In other words, "Don't be cocky".

Maturity/Attitude:
-I dislike people that constantly ask to join our clan, even though I have told them numerous times "NO". The same goes for members who ask to have a promotion. I will never give it to someone who asks. It just makes me think less of them. In real life occupations, you can expect the same. 
-I do not like to deal with the repercussions of members swearing and spamming in the chat. If you want to do that, please use a username that is not affiliated with Elite, otherwise I will have to take action. However, I advise all members to never swear or spam at all. 
-I do not like to deal with kicked members who want to rejoin the clan. They were kicked for a reason and I don't want to go through the drama all over again regardless of their skill level.

Activity:
-Although this doesn't bother me as much compared to the last two points, I still take it into consideration. If you have been inactive for a long time, you can expect to be kicked in the future. 

Skill Level:
-I'll need to rethink on this.

Yep yours is pretty much the same with mine only my first priority would be someone with *Friendly* attitude and then the rest ^^  easier too talk to or just provide a fun topic to chat with others :D

I think that we just need more females... people I can flirt with xD
