It will be better if we trained them ourselves.

we only want 5-10 trainess, then we can focus on them, if we have lots people just assume they have failed and go to a new clan

We need teachers for pupils and a standard guideline in how they will be trained.

I don't think he is that bad, at least not when I see him play. I think Raige and I will change our kicking policy.

noobs give me more trouble in matches. and kicking policy? you never kick anyone

Unless they haven't followed our clan rules, kicking members shouldn't be decided by one person. Instead it should be something like this.

I would rather demote them to a recruit than kick if I don't think they are good enough.

Hmmm.... afklol is right *nods* Others can leave us, but we should never abandon them :(We should help them all the way ^^ and let them know that there is always hope no matter how teeny a chance they can surface to our equal. OoOo There should be a master-pupil training system for our little academy(if there is one .-.), along with an assistant trainer position! Oh-ho-ho! ^U^ I can just imagine how entertaining it would be to have a pupil or kitten following us around in rush!
