Training for Clan Wars.

I was wondering if there is a way We could get a lot of our members together one day per week or more than one day per week to train for Clan Wars by doing a 2vs2, 3vs3, 4vs4, or 5vs5. Because we have members who are really fantastic, And they have over a 3.0 kdr But they keep getting a really bad score When it comes to clan wars. So it comes to my consideration that maybe we should put more effort into helping those people who are not good with clan wars.. To make them really fantastic at them :3
Other ways of training would work, But we need to stick to something every week or every other week... And if possible maybe something every 2 or 3 days.
Also could you please put suggestions about ways we could train them... That would be really helpful for everybody :)
