My final thoughts on the split

As for the whole split between elite and rebels, I think it was for the best. After reading like 10 posts, I see that there's so much opposition and talk without facts that it annoys me. Weak decisions based on initial reactions without thought put into some ideas.

Cedric I think you have the good state of mind. You rationalized each situation and found a solution to better the whole clan and not just its original members. Members might not agree with you, but you're the leader and they should at least take what you say into consideration instead of shutting you down without thinking about it.

I came to a post about kicking noobs, which included me. Which is fine, if you think I'm a noob, that's cool. I didn't really care about it because I know I'm not a noob. But the fact that people can call each other noobs without even playing with each other, that's stupid. At least I STAY for the whole game. I don't leave just because I'm doing bad. Unlike some people, I don't care about my KDR. If you're placed on the better team, with more people, with the advantage side, I'm sure you will do amazing. I tend to do the exact opposite. If the other side has 2 people vs 10, I will leave and switch, because they need help. I don't complain much, but the fact that they want to call people noobs that are already in the guild, well it's distasteful.

If you would like to do something to fix us "noobs" and better the clan, train us. Make us better. Don't kick us to the curb because you feel so superior in terms of skill. Find what each member has to offer and utilize them.

P.S. I find it very funny that ben would PM me on TS3. I already knew he was trying to turn me and get me to join rebel, but wait, aren't I a noob?

Ben is a hate or love type of person. Right now, he probably hates me because I called him out by telling him how I truly felt about some of his actions and what I really thought about him. He just wants to do the clan harm to hurt me. However, even if he somehow manages to convince all our members to leave, I'm still not going to give up on Elite. Don't mind Ben; he's still a child.
