Looking for Future Elite leaders

Any suggestions?

There's alot of tasks that I could use help on so I wish to find someone that can lead. 
Tasks include:
- organizing practice matches with EA members and taking screenshots to show activity; also keeps EA members preoccupied and builds up loyalty so they are less likely to leave
- recruiting players to EA
- organizing clan matches; just ask any clan you see in public matches if you see 2+ members

I kinda screwed myself after mass recruiting for EA because of the time required to manage it. I think of it this way. Every recruit has a mood bar. As time goes on and there is no activity to keep them interested, their mood bar decreases until it causes them to leave the clan. I want to prevent this since I want to build up a loyal foundation for the Academy. Organizing EA practice matches is a good way to build up loyalty. If you noticed, once I sent my mind on something, I will do it with 120% efficiency. We haven't done too many clan matches recently because I was too focused on building up EA. I could organize 100+ clan matches monthly if I had the time, but there is only so much I can do at once. As Elite grows, there's going to be more managing which isn't something I will be able to keep up with once my studying starts again. There is alot more I wish to do for this clan. Some things I will try to work on include: building up our alliance relationship with Kiwis and Ayyildiz, making a montage/intro for our clan, creating graphics for Elite, and building up a fanbase through facebook

I have helped you in the past, and after this week im done with school so i can help.
