But we could try... Also we could find some random people and train them by ourselves until they seem fit or able to join the clan

Not random people. They have to be already kind of skilled and are familiar with the game. This reduces the time needed to help them improve. We wouldn't want to train a fresh player for like a month and have them end up joining another clan.

It has been decided that there will be no CAP on how many people can join our clan. Now to focus on improving our standards and methods of testing.
