Dedication/Skills System

We can organize clan members based on skill and dedication. This will offer us a better view on who to kick if they happen to do something bad or if they fail retesting. Both will consist of 4 levels. If we change the dedication system, we will have to reformat it to better suit its need. This means demoting and promoting certain people who deserve it. Members will be voted in by the BCD through each level in both systems.

So let us say that some of our members are a private and tier3. They happen to play horrible in every match for whatever reason. As a result, we decide to retest through multiple matches. If they consistently do bad, we can kick. Now looking at another scenario. Members that are a general and is a tier3. In other words, they are very dedicated to the clan, but lack the skills compared to the majority of our other members. However, since they have been very helpful towards the clan, they can be immune to being kicked if they fail retesting. It's all very complicated. I'll try to organize a chart based off of a point system. 

Each tier in the skill system will add 1 point
Each tier in the dedication system will add 1.5 points
-This has more points because it is to counter the inactivity rule. Inactive for 2 weeks = 1 level demotion in dedication rank

Points will decide the benefits of the member.

Our clan ranking system consists of a 10 point system based off of two parts: Dedication and Skill. Rankings will be determined by majority vote by the leaders, co-leaders, and anyone with 8.5 points or above. We will re-rank a member if we deem it is necessary. 



Dedication ranks are worth more points because they are affected by the inactivity rule whereas Skill Ranks are not. You will be demoted a rank every 2 weeks that you have been inactive. New members will always start out as a private. 

To show dedication to the clan, you can do the following:

1. Scouting and referring pros 
   
   
2. Participating in clan wars
   
   
3. Participate in non-official testing 
   
   
4. Participate in forum discussions 
   
   
5. Communicating with and helping our members
   
   
6. Playing matches together with other xElitex members
   
   
7. Help create graphic designs that can be used by our clan 
   
   
8. Donating VIP codes that can be used as rewards

Skill ranking can be given immediately after you become an official member. There is no "test" to determine your skill rank. Anyone who can vote can offer their thoughts and opinions on your skill, thus influencing our decision to place you in a specific level.

2.5-3.5 points = Private
4-4.5 points = Sergeant 
5-5.5 points = Captain 
6-7.5 points = Major 
8-10 points = General

*Only leaders, co-leaders, and generals can organize clan wars

2.5 points - Access to "Clan Discussions", "Clan Games", and "Clan Wars" sections on the forum
3.5 points - One warning for first offense
4 points - Able to participate in our Loyalty Program
4.5 points - One additional warning for offense 
5 points - Access to "Tactics" on the forum
5.5 points - One additional warning for offense 
6 points - Eligible to become an Academy Trainer  
6.5 points - One additional warning for offense 
7 points - Eligible to become an Board of Clan Decisions Member  
7.5 points - One additional warning for offense 
8 points - Access to "Meeting Room" on the forum
8.5 points - Able to vote in ranking 
9 points - Able to vote in kicking members
10 points - Co-leader nominee

*Offenses include,but are not limited to, reports that you have been swearing, harassing other players, and spamming the chat. Depending on the severity of the situation, the offense may be worth more than one warning.

Updated. That can be the official layout. We will need to change the current rankings for dedication because I need to change the permissions on the forums if it will be based on the 10 point system. So instead of General>Major>Captain>Private, we need to decide on new names. We can still use them for the overall points. 

Example: 
2.5-3.5 points = Private
4-4.5 points = Sergeant 
5-5.5 points = Captain 
6-7.5 points = Major 
8-10 points = General

ranks keep the members stimulated. its really nice  have the dedication and skills recognized and be promoted.

The members have been reranked. Raigekii, Ben, Midge, and Skillz are on break right now so we can't really vote on it. I'll be adding more BCD members soon.
