Clan System

An idea on how the clan can be structured. xElitex will be separated into 2 clans, but both will be intertwined. I think this is crucial as we expand even further. Unlike the current rankings, this will be based more on skill rather than dedication. Feel free to post your own ideas. I want the new clan system to be decided a week prior to the next update because I need time to make the necessary changes.

Pro (Needs a special name): Only our best can have this title; it'll be like the SEALs 
Good: Our regular members
Trainers: Trainers to help our recruits improve. May be based on buddy system. Sensei-Pupil
Recruits: Basically trainees

Tournament Ideas:
Sensei-Pupil competitions 2v2 (Best Couple Reward)
EliteDivision vs EliteAcademy (Recruits that do well will join the EliteDivision)

Name suggestions for Pros:
ACE (A Competitive Elite)

Implementation:
-2 clans will be made: EliteDivision and EliteAcademy
-Further separation will be made through in-game user. Ex. xACExAfklol
-Ranks will not be affected
-Changes will be made in the forum structure

some questions..
how to become ace? votation among ACEs? 
about recruitment and scouting
 all members but recruits can and should scout 
recruitment is made 2 vs 2 against 1 or more ace 
  TEAM1            VS       TEAM 2
  ace                           recruit
  ace/member                member/recruit

leaders and coleaders rank should be kept for important things like kicking members etc.. and since ben said he's quitting again(if u're reading this fuck you come back) and sid and midge can't be "active" on ts3 where most of the things happen i suggest to still create a council or something made by most active and TRUSTED members (seco could be 1 of them if he decide to come back, and if you'll read this amk come back u mal)..the point is that actually among leaders and coleaders only me afklol and ozz can truly communicate with our members on ts3..and communicate with our members means leading the clan.. i'm worried because IF(we don't want now lol) one day me or afklol won't play anymore we'll need someone who can replace us giving help.. it's not a critique to you guys, as things are made for now u just can't lead really well our clan without ts3 ..
leaders and coleaders position are frozen so none will be demoted

having council role require activity and sense of responsability since it's main objective is improving the clan(it's a game ok but if we want things go well for us we have to work hard, always having fun)
being in the council doesn't mean to be better than other members. 


those are just my thoughts, we're here to talk about xelitex will be after clan system i respect all our amazing members even if they log in 1 day in a year or smell like pigs :D

There will be a vote by the leaders, co-leaders, and generals for ACE members. I will go more into detail about that in a separate post. 

I just used the sensei-pupil as an example. We can probably come up with a better name for it. Senseis can be any member that wishes to help train a specific recruit. 

For the council thing, I think it needs a more modern name. We also need to vote on who is qualified to become a member of that also.

We also need more people to be active on our forum and ts3. Should we make our recruitment more strict? 

Ex.
At least 2.0 k/d
At least lv 10 (will not be required until 2 weeks after the deletion of accounts)
Must download ts3 and be active on it 
Must be active on our forum

Instead of only skilled players, we also need people who can communicate well with our other members. There's no point in joining a clan if you are going to play alone the whole time.

Cool uhmm hmm When u say xAcexAfklol and stuff, is tht our game name? if so hw are ppl gonna knw we are xElite? or will that be seen on the score board when u press tab?

midge it is the organization for the soon clan system release...we'll make 2 clans 1 official elite 1 accademy and inside the clan istead of using private captains etc, we'll separate ace= best of the best off the best members----normal members----trainers--
and we'll make a coucil (BCD)..one member can be in any of theese groups..for example i could be in ace/normal member group,BCD,and trainer at the same time

oh i jst want to say i dnt like the name EliteDivision, its a bit long, kinda lame and doesnt look as good when u look at it. 

I suggest we keep the original xElitex for our main clan and pick a name (any) for the academy clan...

For the BCD, i'm actually really excited…i think it could just be the GrandMarshals, Marshals, and maybe Senior ELites
