before the update we should arrange our members now, i think at least half of the privates should be demoted to trainee.  there must be a fixed kd minimum to be a trainer from a normal elite, elite to ACE, to be a trainee, and to be promoted from trainee, or if the team wins the match they are promoted, we should make sure we never promote anyone who is not better than at least one member of the group they will move to, then we can only get better. getting into ACE should be very difficult to make it very rewarding.

Hmmm half the privates demoted to trainee... I don't think they will be happy about that. Maybe just the privates who are inactive. With the fixed K/D ratio, it won't be useful until a few months after the deletion of all accounts.

it doesnt matter if there unhappy we will just say we have improved our standards, i mean the kd in a 2 vs 2 match e.g. 50-30

agreed, basically, in xElitex, its just our GrandMarshals, Marshals,and the occasional other, smaller xElitex (Jonaz, Anarchy) being active. There's no point having all these members if half of them don't play! I recently got TS3 and i'm still seeing the same people I usually see on kongregate. .0.o so i was thinking along the lines of ben's idea, kick or demote them!

You guys can compile a list of which privates you want to demote. We can vote on it before the clan system comes out.

all except kryptonite are noobs, kryptonite needs to play more, he is good but i havent seen him in over 2 months

Lol, Kryptonite isn't even a private. I'll have to disagree about all of the privates being noobs.

the thing is, none of our members are noobs. its just that we dont see them quite often enough, leading our awesome brains to THINK that they're noobs, simply because we dont see them :P
